UDT supplies the premium tubing and casing product in large scale across India. UDT has advanced manufacturing facility includes fully automated high precision CNC machines, automatic coupling tightening machines, hydro testing and drift testing facility, phosphating, painting with all advanced fixtures.

Premium tubing and casing pipes consists of premium tubing/casing along with the coupling which are threaded and coupled as per the requirements of API 5CT in different range lengths from Range 1 to range 3. The threaded ends are fitted with pressed steel or Elastomer-cum-metallic (composite) thread protector on both ends. 

Premium tubing and casings are available in different sizes ranging from 2-3/8” to 9-5/8” with different materials grades like J-55, N-80, L-80 or P-110 of API 5CT whichever is required by customer based on the type of well conditions (Sour service and high collapse). These premium threads are procured from world class premium thread manufacturing pipe mills having connections certified to ISO 13679, Cal IV specifications.
